Job Overview Majesco is hiring a Principal Business Solutions Consultant for our Leave Management solutions, responsible for developing new business in the Leave Management Space, including Absence and Accomodation Management. The increasing range of leave types requires a comprehensive approach to efficiently handle the complexity and volume of employee absences while meeting all compliance demands at the federal, state, and local level. Majesco’s Absence Management offering simplifies the complexities of leave management via a centralized platform, streamlining the leave of absence process and reducing the risk of human error and potential litigation. In this role you will target new business opportunities with insurers, leave management providers, government agencies, and large-scale employers to help develop a pipeline as well as meet an assigned quota. Our employees will rely on you for prompt opinions and guidance based on your expertise and our customers will look to you to guide approaches to manage new and existing Absence, Leave, and Accomodation regulations through our solutions. Using your compliance expertise and working with the internal Product Compliance Team and other company subject matter experts, you will also support the team in serving as thought leaders in the industry. This is a Remote First position which can be performed from most locations in the US.

Key Responsibilities • As the Absence and Leave Management SME, work closely with sales, product, and other stakeholders to build client relationships and close business to meet an assigned quota • Provide feedback and lessons learned from the field to help the product and delivery teams to perpetually improve our solutions and services • Dive deep in understanding prospects' business and the potential for business alignment with our solutions • Engage with Majesco Partners in support of sales pursuits • Participate in internal team meetings to collaborate with supporting business units on opportunity pursuits, resolving customer issues, and sharing best practices

What You’ll Bring • Minimum of 5 years of experience in handling matters involving ADA, FMLA and LOA laws at the state and federal level • Strong experience and familiarity with the administration of leave, accommodations, and short- and long-term disability • Knowledge of claims administration for disability and voluntary benefits • Experience working with business development of SaaS/software products a plus • Superb written and verbal communication skills • High technical aptitude and desire to learn • Understanding of the insurance software industry • Developed & polished personal presentation skills • Monitor new regulations that may be adopted at the state and federal level • Provide guidance to customers on what the laws and regulations mean for them as they use the software
