Maids.cc is the UAE’s leading maid‑visa and full-time maid-providing platform. Our in‑house creative team moves fast, launching, testing, and iterating dozens of high‑performing Meta ads every month. We’re growing quickly and operate on a 6‑day work‑week cadence, so we need teammates who can thrive in a rapid‑fire, data‑driven environment.

Role Snapshot

• Edit high‑converting social ads (5–60 s) for Meta (IG / FB Reels, Feed, Stories) and TikTok.
  
• Version & localize concepts quickly—multiple aspect ratios, hooks, languages, CTAs.
  
• Add motion graphics & animated text that reinforce brand and boost watch‑time.
  
• Color‑grade, mix audio, and master exports to platform‑specific specs.
  
• Collaborate on creative testing plans; interpret data with the Creative Manager to iterate.
  
• Maintain organized project files in our shared cloud folders (Premiere Pro & After Effects).
  
• Stay on‑trend with ad formats, transitions, and meme culture relevant to Dubai expats.
  

Requirements

• 2+ years pro editing for paid social or performance marketing (agency or in‑house).
  
• Mastery of Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects; solid skills in Photoshop / Audition.
  
• Portfolio that proves you can hook viewers in the first 3 seconds and drive action.
  
• Comfort balancing speed and polish—you can move from brief to final in <48 h when needed.
  
• Strong Arabic & English communication.
  
• Familiarity with data‑driven creative testing (CTR, VTR, CPA) and how edits affect them.
  
• Ability to work six days/week and adapt to shifting priorities without stress.
  
  

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience editing UGC‑style, talking‑head, and green‑screen formats.
  
• Basic motion‑tracking, rotoscoping, and VFX skills.
  
• Knowledge of color science and camera workflows (Sony, Blackmagic).
  
• Understanding of performance copywriting principles (hooks, loops, scarcity, CTA).
