We are looking for an experienced Azure DevOps Engineer to support a major delivery stream focused on cloud-native enterprise platforms. The role involves owning Azure DevOps pipelines, implementing infrastructure as code, coordinating deployments with developers, and introducing AI-enhanced automation into the release process. This position has a lead flavour, with responsibility for coaching teams, supporting planning, and ensuring release readiness across multiple environments.
Responsibilities:
- Azure DevOps pipelines across multiple delivery streams
- Build and maintain scalable CI/CD structures with strong security and governance
- Implement infrastructure as code using Terraform or Bicep
- Introduce AI-assisted workflows to accelerate deployments and improve quality
- Diagnose pipeline issues and implement fixes for stable, predictable releases
- Coordinate closely with developers on build and deployment needs
- Provide mentoring and guidance on DevOps best practices
- Participate in sprint planning and prioritise DevOps work
- Contribute to environment design, configuration, monitoring, and observability
- Act as the escalation point for DevOps-related issues
Requirements
- Strong experience managing Azure DevOps in enterprise environments
- Solid knowledge of Linux systems and container deployments with Kubernetes
- Expert understanding of networking, protocols, and security fundamentals
- Hands-on Terraform experience for IaC
- Experience integrating CI/CD with Git and cloud workflows
- Ability to troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues and lead resolution
- Ability to coach developers and influence delivery discipline
- Fluent in English and Polish
- Strong ownership mindset and delivery focus
