As a Customer Success Associate at Macrobond, you will play a key role in developing and broadening relationships with our end users to support our rapidly growing business. You will onboard and train our customers, provide front line and renewal support, and work with the Sales team to meet key targets and achieve company objectives.
Requirements
- User onboarding & ongoing training sessions to ensure clients are set up for success
- Identify at-risk accounts and work with the sales and product teams to formulate a strategy
- Maintain consistent communication with clients to ensure they are aware of new product releases and updates
- Curate targeted content distribution to customers
- Handle termination requests and documentation
- Perform or support regular business reviews with the customer
