As an intern on our Operations team, youll gain end-to-end visibility into our operations and logistics functions from product arrival into our 3PL to customer delivery and CX aftercare.Youll have exposure to our 3PL, retail stores, and resale and dropship partners and have the opportunity to work cross-functionally across production, e-commerce, retail, and CX.
This internship is ideal for someone whos analytics-focused, detail-oriented, and eager to get hands-on experience in a fast-moving e-commerce business.
What Youll Do:
Monitor daily 3PL operations, including outbound shipments, inbound POs, and returns
Identify and troubleshoot order exceptions, manual returns, fulfillment issues, and product management within Shopify
Communicate closely with our CX team to support troubleshooting and flagging customer issues to internal teams
Use Excel to support inventory management through weekly reporting and reconciliations
Work closely with our retail locations on weekly shipments, ship from store operations, and inventory management
Support dropship partner performance (on-time shipping, inventory, returns)
Support cross-functional operations projects, including pop-ups, trade shows, and inventory counts
Help develop processes that make our operations functions more efficient and error-free
What Were Looking For:
Strong problem-solver with the ability to handle multiple priorities at once
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with a strong understanding of basic formulas and data manipulation, including sorting and filtering, pivot tables, vlookups, and interpreting data
An interest in retail, fashion, operations, or supply chain
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Familiarity with Shopify is a plus

This is a paid, part-time internship with a rate of $19-20 per hour. The role is hybrid-based in New York City (1 day a week in office).
Internship begins in Winter 2025, with timing and duration to be finalized by the People team
