The consultant will play a key role in analyzing, restructuring, and implementing procurement processes aligned with the new organizational model.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert guidance on SAP Procure-to-Pay (PTP) processes within the context of a corporate carve-out.
- Analyze existing procurement workflows and redesign them to support the structure and needs of two newly separated divisions.
- Support SAP system configuration related to purchasing, vendor management, pricing, and procurement approvals.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across business, finance, and supply chain to map requirements and ensure proper alignment.
- Manage master data adjustments related to suppliers, purchasing info records, and procurement-related materials.
- Contribute to testing cycles including SIT and UAT, and support cutover and go-live activities.
- Ensure compliance with corporate procurement standards and help mitigate operational and process-related risks.
Qualifications
- Strong experience as an SAP PTP / Procurement Consultant, preferably within transformation or separation projects.
- Solid understanding of end-to-end procurement processes, vendor management, and SAP purchasing functions.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA or ECC environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent English and strong, confident Spanish language skills are mandatory.
- Ability to work effectively in a complex, multinational environment.
