- Provide SAP SD application support for business users across multiple regions.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents, service requests, and change requests.
- Gather and evaluate business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, especially within SAP SD/MM and related modules.
- Participate in testing, documentation, and implementation of enhancements.
- Support integration touchpoints with other SAP modules (MM, CS, etc.).
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of SAP processes and system performance.
- Solid professional experience as an SAP SD Consultant.
- Strong SAP MM knowledge in addition to SD expertise.
- Confident English, andGerman business communication skills (written and spoken).
- Experience with SAP CS (Customer Service).
- Knowledge of JIT (Just-in-Time) processes.
- Experience in international support environments.
- Understanding of SD–MM–CS integration points.
