The successful candidate will play a key leadership role in planning, executing, and overseeing all data migration activities to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance throughout the separation process.
- Lead the full lifecycle of data migration activities for a corporate division split project.
- Develop the data migration strategy, methodology, and governance framework aligned with SAP processes.
- Identify, assess, and map data across systems to ensure a smooth transition to the newly separated divisions.
- Coordinate data extraction, cleansing, transformation, validation, and loading.
- Work closely with technical teams, data owners, and business stakeholders to resolve data-related issues.
- Ensure data quality, security, and regulatory compliance throughout all migration stages.
- Establish and manage timelines, checkpoints, and reporting for all migration milestones.
- Support cutover planning and post-migration stabilization.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Data Migration Lead, ideally in large-scale transformation or carve-out programs.
- Strong background in SAP data structures, migration tools, and processes.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams in a complex, multinational environment.
- Fluent English and strong, confident Spanish language skills are mandatory.
- Experience in corporate separations, system transitions, or SAP carve-out projects is a significant advantage.
