That’s where YOU come in! The Therapist Network Associate at Luna is a unique opportunity for someone with a therapy background who enjoys connecting with fellow clinicians. You understand the realities of patient care and believe in Luna’s ability to improve the experience for both therapists and patients.
This entry- to mid-level, inside sales–oriented role is perfect for someone early in their non-clinical career with firsthand experience as a PT or PTA. You’ll engage prospective therapists, introduce them to the Luna model, and invite them to join our growing network of 3,000+ Physical Therapists — building meaningful, lasting connections along the way.
You’ll also support pipeline planning and activity management, identifying ways to improve conversions from initial outreach through to activation. You’ll work cross-functionally with Marketing, Physician Relations, Therapist Success, and Credentialing to align recruitment with demand and ensure a smooth onboarding process — activating new PTs within 30 days. You’ll be part of a corporate team of eight — all clinicians by trade — reporting to the Manager of Therapist Acquisition (also a PT), with creative freedom to build regional sourcing strategies using a mix of outreach tools and a robust CRM to track, nurture, and convert leads.
Luna will provide training, onboarding, QA and partnership with our sales enablement Director. How you will have an impact
- Utilize a diverse set of sourcing tactics, including social media outreach, Boolean searches, mass emails, cold calls, referral strategies, and automation tools (e.g., PhantomBuster)
- Build and maintain authentic, meaningful relationships with prospective therapists
- Sign PTs to the Luna platform in alignment with quarterly recruitment goals
- Cultivate a robust pipeline of therapist candidates to support business growth
- Partner with clinical recruitment, marketing, and sales to identify and prioritize high-demand markets
- Continuously improve sourcing and engagement workflows to boost conversion and efficiency
- Keep job postings accurate and up to date across all platforms
- Leverage ATS/CRM tools to manage pipeline engagement and candidate tracking
- Format and maintain organized, search-friendly candidate databases for ongoing outreach

What we're looking for
- 1+ year of experience in healthcare, PTA, DPT or equivalent including inside sales, recruitment marketing, or marketing coordination
- Building and nurturing lead pipelines and improving funnel conversions preferred
- Engaging prospects via email, phone, or SMS (e.g., Salesmsg) in a compelling and professional way
- Cross-functional collaboration with marketing or sales teams
- Roles in recruitment, admissions, community outreach, or program coordination
