Our client is currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Strategic Alliances, Senior Director - Real World Evidence with expertise in Real World Insights. You will be responsible for spearheading data partnerships with other businesses in the RWE space, partnering with consulting businesses and CRO's.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop a portfolio of enterprise client accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for all their Real World Insights needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, project managers, and data scientists.
  • Understand client objectives, challenges, and requirements to provide tailored solutions that meet their needs.
  • Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to ensure successful project implementation and ongoing support for client accounts.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for account expansion and revenue growth, including upselling and cross-selling of Real World Insights solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to provide informed insights and drive strategic initiatives.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients, showcasing the value and benefits of our Real World Insights solutions.
  • Provide regular reports on client account performance, including sales metrics, revenue projections, and customer satisfaction.
  • Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to enhance brand visibility and generate new business opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise level partnerships and alliances .
  • Proven track record of managing enterprise client accounts and achieving sales targets.
  • In-depth knowledge of Real World Insights and its applications in healthcare and pharmaceutical industries.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate value propositions to clients.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of initiative and self-motivation.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple client accounts and priorities simultaneously.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
