The role involves partnering with the Global Security Services Chief of Staff, preparing materials for Board level and senior executive engagements, and being accountable for the strategy and execution of a unified reporting framework for Executive Leadership across the GSS organization.
Requirements
- 12+ years' experience supporting or managing executive level committees or forums
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex discussions and drive clarity in senior executive settings
- Exceptional attention to detail, organizational discipline, and follow through
- Strong judgment, ability to synthesize complex information, and present recommendations
- Proven ability to work independently and manage highly confidential information
- Results driven, proactive, and comfortable operating with minimal direction
- Advanced capability in prioritization across portfolios, balancing risk, stakeholder needs, activities, and timing across the program lifecycle
