The Role
As Customer Support, we help with all questions relating to our software. We are looking for like-minded people who are passionate about solving customer problems and want to become experts in our software. For our tasks, we need a diverse team with different experiences and backgrounds. This means that we really want to get to know you, even if you don't meet all of the above criteria.
What you'll do
- The focus of your work is 1st and 2nd level support for our customers with questions and problems regarding our software solution ennoxx.banking. You will help to find solutions, both by telephone and in writing, and thus ensure the satisfaction of our customers.
- You will also create how-to articles for internal and external use and maintain our knowledge management system.
- You can make a strong contribution to process optimization and the further development of the area.
- You can work remotely in Germany or preferably in a hybrid approach at our location in Frankfurt am Main.
What you bring to the table
- You have a degree in economics, accounting or a comparable qualification or are a career changer.
- Ideally, you already have professional experience in software support.
- You have an affinity for IT topics and an independent way of working. You are also characterized by a quick grasp and a high willingness to learn.
- You are fluent in German and English and have good written and spoken communication skills.
