For an international talent solutions company, we are looking for a Senior SAP BW Developer. The organization operates globally, with strong presence across Europe, connecting highly skilled professionals with leading companies in sectors such as automotive, IT, engineering, and R&D. As a Senior SAP BW Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing advanced data warehousing solutions. You will work on end-to-end data flows, from extraction to reporting, ensuring high performance and scalability of SAP BW systems.
Your role will include:
- Designing and implementing SAP BW on HANA or BW/4HANA solutions for complex business needs;
- Managing full data lifecycle: extraction (SAP & non-SAP), transformation, and reporting;
- Developing and enhancing data models (InfoObjects, ADSOs, Composite Providers, Open ODS Views);
- Building and optimizing ETL processes using DTPs, transformations, and process chains;
- Creating and improving reporting solutions using BEx Queries and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC);
- Supporting front-end tools such as Analysis for Office;
- Developing ABAP routines, user exits, and CDS enhancements;
- Participating in system upgrades, migrations (BW ? BW/4HANA), and landscape optimization;
- Collaborating with business and technical teams in an international environment.
Requirements
- 8–10 years of experience in SAP BW development (support, implementation, migration);
- Strong expertise in SAP BW on HANA or SAP BW/4HANA;
- Hands-on experience with SAP ABAP (CDS, routines, enhancements);
- Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and reporting tools;
- Solid understanding of SAP S/4HANA architecture and data models;
- Proven track record in implementation projects (mandatory);
- Experience with complex data modeling and ETL processes;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to work independently and in distributed teams.
Nice to have:
- Experience with system landscape optimization;
- Exposure to automotive industry projects;
- Knowledge of modern data warehousing concepts.
