Requirements
- 2+ years of experience managing high performing software engineering teams in a fast-paced, SaaS startup environment
- Full-stack (database, backend, and frontend) experience in a modern technology stack
- Experience leading teams of engineers on technical projects
- Knowledge of at least one mainstream programming language, including being able to write, read, and understand code in that language
- Experience with modern practices related to testing, QA, DevOps, CI/CD, observability, and service ownership
- Great communication skills
