Responsibilities
- Implement new user-facing features in the Linqia Platform.
- Translate conceptual ideas (business needs and user goals) into intuitive and engaging experiences
- Collaborate with back-end, product, design, and QA teams on a daily basis to define UI & UX strategy and to ensure a smooth user experience
- Write thoroughly tested features, actively participate in code reviews, and take ownership of the code base
Qualifications
- BS degree in Computer Science or a similar technical area of study or equivalent practical experience
- Web Development: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript, Vue.js/React, Vuex/Redux, and Webpack
- Strong JavaScript skills, with development experience in scripting languages such as Java or Python
- Front-end experience working in an Agile environment
- Experience with Git and Github
- Good understanding of Relational Databases/REST API(s)
Nice to Have
- Postgraduate degree in CS or further education or experience in computer science or another technical related field
- Experience working in AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or other cloud infrastructure
- Proficiency in microservice-based infrastructures
