Requirements
- Previous experience in a project administration, project coordination, or similar support role
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Asana, Trello, Monday.com, or similar
- High attention to detail and accuracy in managing documentation
- Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced remote environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset
- Comfortable working across time zones with international teams
- Reliable internet connection and suitable home office setup
- Laptop or desktop computer with reliable performance
- Stable high-speed internet connection
- Quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions
- Backup power solution (UPS or generator) recommended
