The Head of Business Development and Strategic Partnerships is a senior, execution-oriented leader responsible for shaping Linktree’s commercial strategy and driving go-to-market for our ecosystem, platform and B2B offerings. As a key member of the senior management team, you will design and scale partnership models that accelerate revenue growth, unlock distribution, and expand Linktree’s product capabilities.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in a business development, strategic partnerships or sales leadership role in the SaaS or Consumer Internet industry
- 5+ years as Director-level or higher
- Proven success in sourcing, negotiating, and managing strategic partnerships and business development initiatives that drive measurable revenue and product impact
- Exceptional leadership, coaching, and talent development experience, managing 5+ direct reports across BD, sales or partnership functions
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to inspire teams, influence stakeholders, and close senior-level deals
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities, mitigate risks, and formulate effective strategies
- Data-driven operator with experience setting KPIs, building forecasts, and using analytics to optimize sales performance
- Proficiency with CRM and sales tools (e.g., Attio, HubSpot)
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
