Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in similar finance or controlling roles in fast-growing and international environments.
- Experience in accounting ERPs (SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, etc). Business Central is highly desirable
- Proficiency with analytics and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI).
- Advanced Excel skills, including modeling and data manipulation.
- Desirable experience in FP&A tool such as Abacum
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, with a proactive and hands-on mindset.
- English is a must: We’re a multicultural team providing a service in English, so while certifications aren’t necessary, fluency is essential.
