Named after Leiden, the Dutch city renowned for centuries of unconventional thinking and scientific breakthroughs, Leyden Labs was born with a mission to help people live freely by developing products that protect from both known and new respiratory viruses. Their approach harnesses mucosal immunity through intranasal sprays containing broadly protective antibodies, targeting viral families at the nasal mucosa - the very gate where respiratory viruses attack. This innovative platform, inspired by the groundbreaking CR9114 antibody discovered over a decade ago by their Chief Scientific Officer Jaap Goudsmit, aims to provide universal protection regardless of an individual's immune history or comorbidities.
