Philippines onlyWe are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to own and evolve our cloud infrastructure and DevOps practices. This role will be responsible for the reliability, security, scalability, and performance of our AWS environment and will work closely with US-based leadership and globally distributed engineering teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or cloud infrastructure roles
- Proven experience operating production AWS environments
- Strong background in system reliability, security, and performance
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Deep hands-on experience with EC2, RDS, Elastic Load Balancing
- Experience with Autoscaling, performance tuning, and cost optimization
- Experience with VPC networking and security
- Experience with monitoring, logging, and alerting systems
- Experience with intrusion detection and security best practices
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform strongly preferred)
- Linux systems administration
- Bash, Python, or similar scripting languages
- Experience supporting Ruby on Rails and/or Java applications
- Experience deploying React-based frontends
- Experience working with globally distributed engineering teams
- FinOps or cloud cost optimization experience
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate or Professional Certification (optional)
- AWS Certified SysOps Administrator – Associate Certification (optional)
- AWS Certified DevOps Engineer – Professional Certification (optional)
- AWS Certified Security – Specialty Certification (optional)
