Job Description

As a Travel Coordinator (12-month Max Term), you will play a key role in managing all aspects of travel and accommodation for the Lendi Group Conference in March 2025. Your ultimate responsibility is to ensure smooth travel experiences for team members, brokers, lending partners, and other attendees.

This is a part-time contract role for 12 months, where your expertise and contribution will make a lasting impact.

What you will get to be part of:

  • Plan, book, and manage all travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation, for team members, brokers, lending partners and any other guests attending Lendi Group conference and or other company events as required.
  • Negotiate with vendors and service providers to secure the best rates and amenities.
  • Provide logistical support for the conference and other events as required, including but not limited to venue selection, catering arrangements, and equipment needs.
  • Manage and track travel expenses and budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
  • Create and maintain travel itineraries and packages, ensuring all participants have the necessary travel documents and information.
  • Handle any travel-related issues or emergencies promptly and efficiently.
  • Stay updated on travel advisories, restrictions, and safety protocols.

Qualifications

Our ideal candidate profile:

  • Proven experience as a travel coordinator or similar role, with a track record of managing travel arrangements and event logistics.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • High level of proficiency in travel booking systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with event planning and coordination.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to handle changes and challenges in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of current travel regulations, including visas, passports, and international travel requirements.
