We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic individual to join our rapidly growing Sales Team as a Sourcing Specialist. This position will report directly to the Talent Acquisition Manager, Sales and collaborate closely to achieve the company’s hiring goals. Responsibilities
- Partner with the Talent Acquisition team in developing passive candidate pipelines for open positions
- Utilize various sourcing methods to identify and attract top talent, including job boards and social media
- Ask for referrals from current employees and external networks
- Promote our employer brand online and offline
- Maintain candidate databases (e.g. via our Applicant Tracking System)
- Communicate with past applicants regarding new job opportunities
- Conduct introductory phone screens and engagement calls with passive candidates
- Coordinate interview schedules, and provide feedback to candidates when applicable
- Work closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager to contribute to recruitment process improvements and implement best practices
- Assist in various recruitment projects to support the company's growth initiatives
Requirements
- 2+ years of proven hands on experience in recruitment preferably in Automotive Finance, Sales or FinTech
- Proven track record of successfully engaging passive talent via job boards and social media such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships with hiring managers and candidates
- Familiarity with current recruitment trends, tools, and technologies
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
