Overview:

The Vice President of Enterprise Sales will lead LegitScript’s enterprise sales organization into its next phase of accelerated growth. This Sales leader will play a pivotal role in defining the go-to-market strategy, scaling enterprise revenue, and expanding market presence across verticals. Working closely with the Chief Revenue Officer, this leader will foster a performance-driven culture anchored in accountability, customer value, and sustainable growth. The role requires a seasoned enterprise sales manager who can combine tactical execution with operational discipline — someone equally adept at leading high-performing teams and personally engaging with enterprise prospects to advance complex, consultative solutions.

What You'll Do:

Sales Leadership & Strategy

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with company goals for our Merchant Risk Intelligence products.
  • Set annual and quarterly revenue targets, ensuring consistent achievement across business lines.
  • Partner with the CRO, Product and Marketing leadership to drive integrated go-to-market initiatives and strengthen pipeline health.
  • Identify and pursue new market segments, verticals, and strategic partnerships.

Team Development

  • Recruit, mentor, and inspire a world-class team of Enterprise Account Executives & BDRs.
  • Cultivate a culture of performance, accountability, and collaboration that rewards results and customer-centric selling.
  • Implement scalable sales methodologies, playbooks, and enablement tools to drive consistent execution.

Customer Engagement

  • Build trusted executive relationships with key enterprise prospects and partners.
  • Serve as the customer advocate within LegitScript — influencing product innovation and service delivery.
  • Represent LegitScript at industry events, panels, and client forums as a thought leader in compliance intelligence and risk management.

Operational Excellence

  • Drive accurate forecasting, pipeline visibility, and data-driven decision-making in partnership with Finance and Operations.
  • Oversee & Lead GTM Prospect Campaigns to increase sales performance.

What You'll Bring:

  • 10+ years of progressive sales leadership within B2B SaaS, fintech, or compliance technology. Ideal ICP selling into Chief Risk Officers and Trust & Safety Teams.
  • Demonstrated success scaling revenue from ~$50M to $100M+ ARR.
  • Deep experience in enterprise sales motions — both inbound and outbound — with a proven record in complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
  • Strong history of collaboration with marketing, product, and operations functions to achieve growth targets.
  • Strategic thinker who combines vision, analytics, and disciplined execution.
  • Exceptional communicator and relationship builder with C-level clients.
  • Data-driven leader comfortable managing through metrics, forecasting, and accountability.
  • Strong understanding of compliance-driven industries (payments or risk management preferred).
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required; advanced degree preferred.
