Research Administrator
This is a research-based role, which is ideal for someone who is looking for a full time or part time position (40 hours or 20 hours). It is a remote/ work from home role, that will require the candidate to attend regular meetings (Monthly strategy meeting, training days & staff functions) in Cranfield, Bedfordshire. Candidates located within an hour of the hour of the office will be prioritised.
About You
As a research assistant you will have an interest in researching a wide range of sectors and topics. The ideal candidate will have good written and verbal communication skills as well as a keen eye for detail. Strong planning, organisation and time management skills are preferable as well as basic computer skills.
Main purposes of job
1. Undertake research based on clients’ needs
2. Manage innovation database alongside Head of R&D
3. Assist Team Support Manager with tasks directly related to the entire company
Key tasks
1. Researching for relevant innovation and experts to apply to clients’ challenges
2. Liaise with Account Management team to prioritise delivery
3. Administration associated to completing role
Key results/objectives
1. Directly influence client renewal through delivery
2. Increase overall innovation count on platform
3. Increase brand awareness of the platform to perspective innovators
Responsible for staff/equipment
The role will include liaising with the delivery team to achieve the key objectives. The role will require the applicant to be responsible for a laptop.
