We’re looking for a motivated and ambitious Data Analyst to join our world-class team.

You will work closely with teams across the company (product & engineering, sales, customer success) to drive data-informed decision-making. You will be responsible for analysing user data, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to improve our product and customer experience.

What the job involves

  • Collaborate with various team members to deeply understand data requirements and gain insights on customer and business needs
  • Analyse data to extract valuable and actionable insights on user behaviour (leads, clients and lawyers), product performance, and industry trends
  • Create and maintain visually appealing dashboards and reports to monitor and measure key product and experience metrics and performance indicators effectively
  • Design and execute A/B tests to assess the impact of product changes and new features
  • Apply statistical methods and utilise machine learning techniques to uncover patterns and predict user behaviour with precision
  • Effectively communicate findings and recommendations to the team in order to drive data-informed decision-making
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of product changes and initiatives, iterating as necessary
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to optimise data collection processes, ensuring high-quality and accurate data integrity

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or Economics
  • At least 2 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a role focused on product
  • Proficiency in SQL and hands-on experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, and Power BI
  • Strong analytical skills with a proven track record in statistical analysis and A/B testing
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly and concisely present complex data insights
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tackling business challenges
  • Prior experience in a fast-paced startup environment is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Knowledge of programming languages is a plus
  • Basic understanding of legal terminology and processes is a plus
