Retirement benefits
LCM offers 401(k) featuring both traditional and Roth options, with dozens of funds to choose from. LCM also matches up to 4% of salaries, vested immediately, for those that elect to participate.
Paid parental leave
Everyone at LCM is eligible for 2 weeks of paid parental leave for the birth or adoption of a child, which can either be taken all at once or spread out over the first year of the child’s life with the LCM employee.
Home office budget
We’ll make sure you have a capable work device that meets your job’s needs. We’re a mostly-Mac shop, but we’re down to outfit you with something else if that’s what works for you. Need a monitor? Special mouse or desk?
Open source
We are heavily active in the Drupal community and Open Source community at large. We encourage everyone to contribute and provide company time to do so. We’re at camps and conferences speaking, tabling, and sharpening our skills.
Disability insurance
LCM covers all full-time employees for Short and Long term disability at no additional cost to the employee. If the unthinkable or the unfortunate happens and you can’t work, you’re set to get 60% of your salary (up to $1,400/week), whether you’re out for a week, or years.
Life insurance
LCM purchases and maintains a 1x annual salary Life (and AD&D) insurance policy for all full-time employees at no cost to them. All you need to do is keep your beneficiary sheet up to date and you’re good to go. Supplemental Life Insurance coverage can be purchased at a discounted rate.
Generous vacation
All employees are eligible for 10 days of Standard PTO for the first year, increasing to 15 on your first anniversary, 20 on your second anniversary, and 25 on your fourth anniversary, with the option to carry over up to 5 days per year. This is in addition to 5 days of Sick Time and paid holidays.
Volunteer opportunities
All employees are eligible for paid volunteer time off, and we only ask that the benefit not be used to support organizations that discriminate based on creed, race, color, national origin, religion, age, disability, sex, gender, identity, sexual orientation, pregnancy or any other legally protected classification.

We offer employees health, vision, and dental insurance, covering at least 75% of the cost, plus an additional 75% for families and spouses. FSA options are available too, so you can choose the plan that’s best for you.
