Software Engineer III

Summary: The main function of a Software Engineer is to design, develop, implement, test, and maintain business and computer applications software or specialized utility programs including
client/server applications and major enhancement of existing systems.

Proficient in MS SQL development and administration and Oracle database development and support
Experience with ETL development and support

Experience with .net

Should have experience with data modeling and data analysis

Excellent communication skills

Job duties --

• Provide Tier 2 support by investigating and resolving data related alerts and incidents generated by applications.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot queries and data questions to address tickets in a timely manner.
  • Assist in performance analysis of databases and processing workflows to identify and resolve bottlenecks.
  • Support basic data engineering activities including ETL/loader monitoring and incremental improvements.
  • Collaborate with application and data teams to ensure data reliability, quality, and timely issue resolution.
  Support users and developers by resolving data-related technical issues and troubleshooting queries by guiding them with best practices.
