Labcorp is seeking a Manager, Data & Analytics to join our team!!

Work Schedule

Candidate is required to follow the work schedule of 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM IST.

Role Overview

The Manager, Data & Analytics Services will lead a team responsible for delivering high-quality reporting and analytics solutions that support business decision-making. This role focuses on managing analytics delivery, stakeholder engagement, and team development, ensuring timely and reliable reporting and insights for the organization.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of data analysts delivering dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions using tools such as Spotfire, Power BI, and similar BI platforms.
• Oversee the development of insightful, user-friendly reports and dashboards aligned with business needs.
• Plan, assign, and monitor team deliverables to ensure timely and high-quality analytics outputs.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into actionable analytics solutions.
• Provide regular status updates, insights, and recommendations to leadership.
• Mentor team members and promote best practices in reporting, data visualization, and analytics delivery.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Information Systems.
• 10+ years of experience in data analytics, reporting, or business intelligence roles.
• 5+ years of experience managing and mentoring analytics teams.

Additional Job Standards

• Strong knowledge of BI tools such as Spotfire, Power BI, or similar platforms.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into analytics solutions.
