  • Offer competitive landscape insights through data analysis and market research, including sales pipeline, market trends, and competitor intelligence.

  • Lead by example, promoting a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

  • Mentor junior pricing team members, supporting their growth and development.

What we're looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or other related field.

  • 4-5+ years of experience in pricing, monetization, or product packaging, ideally within SaaS, B2B, or financial services environments.

  • Highly analytical with the ability to use data to inform pricing decisions and measure performance. Proven ability to independently source, analyze, and interpret complex data sets.

  • Demonstrated understanding of pricing best practices and diverse monetization models (subscription-based, transactional, freemium, hybrid), with the ability to adapt and implement strategies for evolving product portfolios.

  • Excellent communicator, skilled at building and sustaining relationships with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders.

  • Results-driven and adept at pinpointing key issues, establishing priorities, and coordinating with teams to drive timely solutions.
