Ukraine onlyKyivstar.Tech is looking for a Product Designer to join our dynamic product team working on a large-scale Web SaaS CRM platform. This is a cross-functional environment where designers work side-by-side with Product Owners, BAs, developers, and QA to create seamless and effective digital workflows across desktop, tablet, and mobile. You’ll operate as a full member of the product team, contribute to shared KPIs, and help shape the evolution of enterprise-level services used by internal and external users.

What you will do
- Act as the product designer within a cross-functional full-stack product team, contributing to team-level outcomes and shared KPIs
- Drive the end-to-end design process: from task framing and problem definition to research, concept development, and delivery
- Conduct user research (interviews, contextual inquiries, etc.) to uncover user needs, business processes, and friction points within the CRM environment
- Develop hypotheses and validate them through low- and high-fidelity prototypes, usability testing, and iterative feedback
- Produce final UI/UX designs and documentation for complex multi-step workflows across desktop, tablet, and mobile
- Collaborate closely with developers during implementation and provide design QA to ensure pixel-perfect and intent-aligned delivery
- Apply design system components and patterns in daily work; contribute to the growth of Kyivstar’s corporate design system when existing solutions are insufficient
- Use product analytics and qualitative feedback to evaluate the impact of design decisions and optimize usability and performance
- Embrace technical and business constraints, including legacy dependencies and third-party service limitations, while delivering user-centric and viable solutions
- Optionally leverage AI-based design tools to accelerate ideation, prototyping, or documentation workflows
Qualifications and experience needed
- Professional Experience: 2+ years as a product designer in a SaaS or B2B environment; experience with CRM systems is a strong advantage
- UX Maturity: Full-cycle ownership of design activities—from problem definition and user research to prototyping and delivery.
- Design Systems: Hands-on experience using and extending component libraries; familiarity with structured design systems, Figma libraries
- Platform Design: Confident in designing responsive interfaces for complex workflows on web, tablet, and mobile
- Tools: Proficient in Figma and prototyping tools; understanding of how to present designs for both stakeholders and developers
- Research & Analytics: Experience with both qualitative and quantitative methods, including user interviews, usability testing, and analytics tools
- AI Tools: (Nice to have) Familiarity with AI-assisted design workflows (e.g., research summarization, auto-layout tools, content generation)
- Mindset: A problem-solver who enjoys digging into technical constraints and business logic to uncover elegant, usable solutions
- Team Fit: Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum; strong collaboration skills; Intermediate+ English and Ukrainian
