The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of creating and maintaining design systems, managing a team of designers, and implementing processes to enhance team output and satisfaction. Your contribution will ensure the highest standards of design excellence and user satisfaction in our clients' products.
Responsibilities:
1. Team Leadership and Management:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of designers, providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.
- Conduct regular team meetings, design reviews, and one-on-one sessions to ensure continuous improvement and high-quality output.
- Facilitate collaboration and communication within the design team and across departments.
2. Design System Creation and Maintenance:
- Maintain and enhance a comprehensive design system that ensures consistency across all products.
- Collaborate with our client and create and update design guidelines, UI components, and patterns.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure the design system meets the needs of various projects.
3. Leveraging AI in Design:
- Integrate AI technologies into the design process to improve efficiency and innovation.
- Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Google Bard, or other AI tools to improve user research, design generation, and data generation.
- Stay updated with AI trends and incorporate best practices into the design strategy.
4. UX Design Strategy and Client Interaction:
- Develop and implement UX design strategies for intricate B2B products.
- Work directly with North American clients to ensure satisfaction and align UX strategies with business goals.
- Manage and prioritize multiple UX projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
5. Design Conceptualization and Communication:
- Conceptualize solutions and create detailed mock-ups and prototypes.
- Communicate design decisions effectively to stakeholders, ensuring alignment and understanding.
- Stay updated with the latest UX trends and best practices, encouraging continuous learning within the team.
Requirements
1. Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Figma design tool.
- Strong understanding of design principles, UI/UX best practices, and accessibility standards.
- Experience with creating and maintaining design systems.
2. Leadership Skills:
- Proven experience in leading and managing a team of designers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to inspire, motivate, and mentor team members.
3. Process and Project Management:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to implement and refine design processes.
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).

5. Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in UX/UI design, with at least 2 year in a leadership role.
- A strong portfolio showcasing your design work in B2B or SaaS products.
