IT Systems Administrator

The engineer will be directly responsible for design development, testing, maintenance, and documentation of high-quality software components.

We seek a skilled and experienced "IT Systems Administrator" to join our dynamic team.

Tasks

• Manage and maintain our IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud services
• Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot Citrix environments to ensure optimal performance and user experience
• Administer Active Directory, including user account management, group policy configuration, and security permissions
• Configure and maintain Cisco networking equipment, ensuring reliable and secure connectivity across the organization
• Integrate cloud services (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft 365) with existing infrastructure and manage user access through Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions
• Implement and maintain identity and access management (IAM) solutions, leveraging OpenID and other technologies to ensure secure authentication and authorization processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess IT needs, design solutions, and provide technical support and guidance

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Proven experience in IT systems administration, with expertise in Citrix, Active Directory, and Cisco networking
• Hands-on experience with cloud services (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft 365) and familiarity with SSO and OpenID standards
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and implement effective solutions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Citrix Certified Associate, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, Cisco Certified Network Associate) are a plus
