Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Head of SEO with significant experience working in crypto/blockchain marketing to join our network. This pivotal role entails executing an SEO & content marketing strategy for the clients we work with.

As a key member within our ventures, the responsibilities will be varied, and this role will be right for you if you can work at a strategic level in search marketing and aren't afraid to roll up your sleeves and get stuck into the day-to-day execution.

Key Accountabilities

• Strategising, executing & reporting on an SEO & content strategy
• Helping set and hitting ranking & revenue based targets
• Line management & hiring of the SEO & Content team
• Working with our content agencies to deliver optimised content
• Working with our content distribution agencies to secure strong placements across numerous markets
• Deploying numerous tactics to ensure content ranks (ie. content optimisation & link building)
• Having visibility on the search landscape and ensuring we are everywhere we need to be (reviewing competitor strategies, new placements, etc.)
• Contributing to the strategic direction and organic growth of leading blockchain projects to ensure they achieve their ambitious goals
• Managing the content operation to ensure timely delivery of content against the weekly targets

Essential:

• A solid understanding of SEO and demonstrable success, ideally in a fast-paced start-up/agency environment
• 6+ years of experience in an SEO role
• Provable experience managing small teams
• Ability to work autonomously and own projects from start to finish
• Strong organisational skills, ability to prioritise and manage a large workload
• Knowledge of SEO tools such as Google Analytics / SEMrush / Ahrefs / Google Search Console etc.

• £80,000 - £100,000 per annum, dependent on experience
