Programme Communications Manager (8 months FTC/ Contractor)

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Keywords Communication Director on all responsibilities.
• Define the Communications plan for the Programme (with input from Change Lead).
• Create the communication content and key messages to be sent to end users.
• Define and plan any local events or senior stakeholder meetings.
• Define learning approach (alongside Change Lead).
• Responsible for delivering the Training Needs Analysis.
• Create Learning curriculum and Train the Trainer approach.
• Define the learning tools and materials that need to be created.
• Work closely with Business Deployment & Adoption Manager.
