We are looking for a strategic and experienced Head of Innovation Programs to join Keller Executive Search. This leadership role involves overseeing the development, execution, and management of innovation initiatives across the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement innovation program strategies aligned with company goals.
- Lead cross-functional teams to drive innovative projects from conception through execution.
- Identify emerging trends and technologies to incorporate into innovation programs.
- Manage program budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.

- Monitor and report on the progress and impact of innovation programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Innovation, Technology, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience in managing innovation programs or similar roles.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders.
- Experience with budget management and resource allocation.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with emerging technologies and industry trends.
