Hello👋I am Sven, Finance Manager at Kayzen, and I am looking for a Finance Associate to join our global team 🙌

In this role, Your mission is to ensure high quality support services to internal and external stakeholders by taking full ownership of key operative tasks within the finance department’s realm of responsibility. Furthermore it is to strengthen Kayzen’s FP&A, Controlling, and Reporting capacities by supporting the Finance Manager in Budgeting and Management & Investor Reporting.

Responsibilities

• Reporting & Controlling (30%): Maintain, extend, and improve our management and investor reporting landscape proactively and diligently.
• Tasks include:
  • Cost control and profitability analysis
  • Cash flow monitoring and forecasting
  • Monthly management & investor reports
• Budgeting (20%): Create requested ad-hoc reports and analysis of historical data.
• Operations (50%): Diligently own key financial operations.
• Tasks includes:
  • Support the team by drafting contract amendments based on templates provided to you.
  • Fully own the communication and support around incoming tickets of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain and regularly audit our internal customer credit system.

What you Bring:

• Atleast 3 years of professional experience following Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.

• Excel Proficiency: Strong intermediate to advanced Excel skills, including experience in building financial models and performing detailed analyses. Familiarity with PowerQuery is a plus.

• Business Acumen: Ability to make strategic and well-informed decisions by understanding the company’s operations and competitive landscape.

• FP&A and Reporting: Hands-on experience in financial planning & analysis, including budgeting, controlling, and reporting activities.

• Operational Agility: Comfortable working in dynamic environments with shifting priorities, high pressure, and a large volume of tasks or requests.

• Experience with SQL is considered an asset.

• Proficiency in English; German language skills are a plus.

• Experience in startups or in the Ad-Tech industry is a plus.
