This is a remote position.
KATBOTZ LLC is seeking a seasoned SAP Order-to-Cash (OTC) Consultant with strong Vistex experience to support and lead business transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience in OTC processes, pricing, and Vistex solutions implementation across global SAP landscapes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP OTC processes, integrating Vistex solutions for pricing, rebates, and chargebacks.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into SAP OTC & Vistex configurations.
- Manage pricing procedures, master data, condition records, billing, invoicing, and credit/debit processes.
- Support end-to-end testing, UAT, training, and go-live cutover activities.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend system enhancements.
- Provide post-go-live support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system integrity.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including SD, FI, MM, and technical teams.
Requirements
Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in SAP OTC (SD module) with at least 3 full-cycle implementations.
- 5+ years of hands-on Vistex experience including pricing, rebates, and incentive programs.
- Strong understanding of integration points between OTC and other SAP modules.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with SAP.
- Vistex Certification (if available)
- Experience in industries such as CPG, Life Sciences, or Manufacturing
