Katbotz LLC is seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager with deep expertise in SAP Master Data Management to lead and deliver complex data projects across global business units. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP ecosystems, data governance, and stakeholder leadership.Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end planning and execution of SAP Master Data projects (materials, customers, vendors, finance).
- Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to define data strategies, governance, and policies.
- Manage data migration, cleansing, transformation, and validation activities.
- Ensure compliance with global data standards and business rules.
- Create and manage detailed project plans, timelines, resources, and budgets.
- Facilitate workshops, track progress, mitigate risks, and report to senior leadership.
- Drive continuous improvement in master data processes and systems.
Requirements
Requirements:
- 10+ years of project management experience, with at least 5 years in SAP Master Data initiatives.
- Strong understanding of SAP ECC, S/4HANA, and MDG environments.
- Experience in large-scale data migration and transformation programs.
- Familiarity with tools like LSMW, BODS, and SAP Data Services.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- PMP, Agile, or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
