Role Overview:We are seeking a skilledTableau Developerwith strongSQL development and data analysis skillsto design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports. The ideal candidate will work closely with business and technical teams to transform raw data into actionable insights that drive business decisions.
·Design, develop, and deployinteractive Tableau dashboards, reports, and visual analytics.
·Write and optimizecomplex SQL queriesfor data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
·Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into BI solutions.
·Work withdata sourcesfrom relational databases, data warehouses, and cloud platforms.
·Ensuredata accuracy, consistency, and performanceacross reports and dashboards.
·Create and maintaindata models, calculated fields, parameters, and setsin Tableau.
·Developdata-driven insights and KPIsto support decision-making processes.
·Supportad-hoc analysis and report generationfor business teams.
·Troubleshoot and optimize existing dashboards for better usability and performance.
·Collaborate withdata engineersandETL teamsto ensure smooth data flow and accessibility.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 4–8 years of experience as a Tableau Developer / BI Developer.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (advanced level) for querying, joins, aggregations, and optimization.
- Hands-on experience with Tableau Desktop, Tableau Server, or Tableau Cloud.
- Solid understanding of data visualization best practices and UI/UX principles for dashboards.
- Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and relational database design.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
