We are looking for an organised and proactive individual to fill a hybrid role as a QA Support - Data collection
The QA Support role focuses on ensuring the overall quality of data collection and project deliverables. This position is responsible for developing quality strategies, monitoring progress across multiple states and languages, managing resources, and resolving escalated issues to align with project goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive data quality strategies and frameworks.
- Monitor and evaluate progress across states, districts, and languages to ensure alignment with project objectives.
- Allocate resources effectively to address operational needs and resolve escalated issues.
- Train and manage the ground-level Quality Assurance (QA) team to meet quality benchmarks.
- Ensure consistent data quality standards across all regions and languages.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Linguistics, Translation, Project Management, or related field.
- Proven experience in quality assurance and team management.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Ability to handle multi-state and multi-language operations.
- Knowledge in Hindi is a must.
