This is a position with a subsidiary of JustPlay GmbH. Gimica was founded in 2021 by a team of seasoned professionals and has its HQ in Munich (Grünwald). We have a strong passion for creating and publishing casual games designed to be enjoyable and easy to play for a wide audience.
We believe that our casual games provide entertainment and enjoyment to people from all walks of life and we are excited to welcome a Game Product Manager to our team!
Job Responsibilities
Enhance player satisfaction and engagement by optimizing Justplay's games for improved engagement and retention rates
Increase revenue from in-game advertising
Identify and assess new games for inclusion in the Justplay portfolio
Provide support to external game development teams
The experience we hope you bring to JustPlay
At least 3 years of experience in the mobile gaming industry, particularly with casual and hyper-casual games
Proficient in data analysis
Comprehensive understanding of what makes casual games successful and knowledge of casual game genres and their target audiences, preferable from previous experience from working with a game publishing company
Ideally concrete background in game design
Preferably experience with Unity
Proven experience in contributing to the success of a casual or hyper-casual game
Excellent command of English, both in writing and speaking
