System Integration Analyst:

We are seeking an experienced System Integration Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for defining and overseeing the technical architecture and integration activities required for the rollout of our new CRM. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to determinea the technical direction, aligning it with business goals and ensuring that our systems are integrated seamlessly and optimized for optimal NetSuiteperformance. Your expertise in system architecture, coupled with your ability to work with systems like HubSpot, Zendesk, Jira, Netsuit, and other operational applications, will be crucial to the success of our projects.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design and development of a comprehensive technical architecture that integrates the company’s CRM with other operational applications, including Jira and Sage.
  • Collaborate with executive-level stakeholders and the Project Manager to understand business objectives and translate them into a technical strategy.
  • Develop and communicate a clear technical vision for system integration, ensuring alignment with business needs and scalability for future growth.
  • Develop technical implementation of integration projects, ensuring that solutions are robust, secure, and scalable.
  • Act as the primary technical point of contact in discussions with vendors and implementation teams, ensuring that their solutions align with the company’s technical architecture.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of the technical architecture, including integration processes, data flows, and system interfaces.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with system integration, ensuring that technical challenges are addressed proactively.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve the technical architecture to enhance efficiency, performance, and scalability.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices in system architecture and integration, and advise the company on potential improvements.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Extensive experience in technical architecture and system integration, particularly in the context of CRM implementations.
  • Proven expertise in designing and implementing integration solutions involving tools like Jira, Sage, and other operational applications.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and mentor technical teams.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Deep knowledge of integration platforms, middleware, and enterprise architecture frameworks.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work at both a high level (architectural strategy) and a detailed level (technical design and implementation).
  • Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma or Lean is a plus.
  • Adaptability and a proactive approach to learning and implementing new technologies and architectures.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
  • Top-notch oral, written, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Capability to implement and abide by Knowledge Management standards and methodologies.
