As an Email Graphic Designer, the purpose is to embody the visual identity standards of diverse brands, connecting with their audiences in meaningful ways. Key responsibilities:

🎨 Craft visually appealing graphics for email and SMS campaigns based on assigned briefs.

🖌️ Develop creative ideas and adapt existing designs to align with each campaign's objectives.

🔍 Conduct media research or use brand images to complement marketing content effectively.

📐 Ensure designs are formatted seamlessly for email and SMS, maintaining optimal dimensions.

🚀 Upload designs and keep project status updated using project management software.

Working Hours ⏰: Full-time, ideally aligned with the EST time zone.

Requirements

To excel in this role, you need to have:

✅ Proficiency in crafting eye-catching static images, with occasional forays into GIF designs.

✅ The ability to work swiftly with multiple designs required daily. Timely delivery of high-quality work is crucial.

✅ A basic grasp of conversion-centric design, particularly in creating graphics for email marketing to encourage clicks and drive conversions.

✅ An understanding of merging marketing copy seamlessly with design, ensuring a clear, clutter-free message.

✅ Skill in taking creative direction from briefs, integrating it with both design and copywriting to produce compelling, conversion-focused graphical designs.

✅ Strong experience in using design tools like Canva and Adobe Photoshop.

✅ Willingness to collaborate within a team, embracing constructive feedback.

✅ Experience in designing for Direct To Consumer Brands in Food & Beverage and Health & Wellness markets.

✅ Previous experience crafting email graphics or entire emails.

✅ Awareness of desktop and mobile readability nuances, email dimensions, and structure.

✅ Proficiency in designing emails for Dark Mode on mobile devices.

✅ Understanding of direct response marketing principles, including crafting clear Calls To Action, impactful headlines, and integrating text and images for visual appeal.

✅ Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator.
