You will serve as a key technical resource, supporting OEM and channel alliances while collaborating closely with sales, engineering, and product teams. The position involves designing and delivering joint solution architectures, conducting demos and proof-of-concepts, and providing technical guidance that accelerates partner adoption. You will engage directly with strategic partners and customers, translating complex technical requirements into actionable architectures. Accountabilities:
- Serve as the primary technical interface for strategic alliance partners.
- Develop and deliver technical enablement materials, demos, proof-of-concepts, and solution architectures.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define, validate, and document integrations and reference architectures.
- Participate in joint customer engagements, articulating technical value within partner-led solutions.
- Provide actionable feedback to product and engineering teams based on partner and customer insights.
- Author technical collateral such as integration guides, solution briefs, and whitepapers.
- Represent the company at partner events, webinars, and field activities.
- Support alliance business development with technical insights to inform joint go-to-market strategies.
Requirements
- Proven experience in systems engineering or a technical pre-sales/solution engineering role supporting enterprise technology alliances.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise storage, data infrastructure, and cloud solutions.
- Hands-on experience with solution design, integration, and architecture documentation.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with sales, product, and engineering teams.
- Experience engaging with customers and partners in technical presentations or demonstrations.
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly and maintain expertise in partner ecosystems.
