Accountabilities:

• Define and drive the product strategy for internal access management, focusing on regulatory compliance such as SOX.
• Collaborate with engineering, UX, and business stakeholders to create secure, user-friendly tools for internal teams.
• Engage directly with internal customers to understand workflows, identify opportunities, and validate product solutions.
• Guide product initiatives from ideation through launch, ensuring alignment with business goals and compliance requirements.
• Track and measure product performance through key metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes.
• Foster cross-functional alignment and motivate teams across the organization to achieve shared goals.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a product manager on internal or platform-focused products.
• Experience with compliance-focused systems or regulatory obligations (e.g., SOX).
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision making.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and interpersonal skills, capable of articulating product vision to diverse audiences.
• Experience partnering with engineering, UX, analytics, and business teams to build impactful tools.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex and ambiguous problems, delivering solutions in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort with taking ownership of product initiatives from zero to one.
