We are seeking a talented Full Stack Engineer to develop and maintain scalable, high-quality web applications that drive business impact. In this role, you will take ownership of end-to-end project delivery, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to implement robust and maintainable solutions. You will work on core products, designing scalable architectures, building features, and ensuring technical excellence. Accountabilities:
- Lead full-stack development projects from problem definition to production deployment, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
- Break down complex problems, design scalable solutions, and execute implementation and testing plans collaboratively.
- Develop, maintain, and improve core products using Ruby, Python, React, and Next.js frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system scalability, security, and maintainability.
- Contribute to defining engineering best practices, coding standards, and agile workflows.
- Continuously explore and adopt new technologies and AI tools to improve productivity and product quality.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of professional experience in full-stack development with React/Next.js and Ruby/Python.
- Exposure to AI tools and their practical integration into engineering workflows.
- Strong understanding of relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and RESTful API design.
- Experience writing scalable, maintainable, and testable code in an agile development environment.
- High-performance mindset with attention to quality, ownership, and accountability.
- Excellent communication skills to explain technical decisions, share best practices, and collaborate effectively.
- Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working in a fully remote environment.
