We are seeking a talented full-stack engineer who thrives in a fast-moving, collaborative environment focused on delivering intuitive, high-impact digital experiences. Accountabilities:
As a Software Engineer, Fullstack, you will:
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and design teams to deliver impactful, intuitive user experiences.
- Take ownership of end-to-end feature development—from ideation and architecture to deployment and iteration.
- Develop and maintain scalable, performant web applications using modern frameworks and best practices.
- Contribute to UI enhancements, backend APIs, and shared component libraries to improve overall system efficiency.
- Ensure quality, security, and maintainability of code through reviews, testing, and documentation.
- Participate actively in architectural discussions and continuously advocate for user-centered design and functionality.
- Identify pain points and propose creative, data-driven solutions to improve both customer satisfaction and developer workflows.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- 2–4 years of professional experience as a full-stack engineer, working across the UI, API, and database layers.
- Strong proficiency with Python, Django, and modern JavaScript frameworks (React or similar).
- Solid understanding of web application architecture, scalability, and performance optimization.
- Experience working with cloud-based environments, ideally on Google Cloud Platform with Kubernetes and Docker.
- Proven ability to take ownership of problems and deliver pragmatic, user-focused solutions.
- Excellent collaboration skills and experience working in agile, cross-functional teams.
- A passion for intuitive UX and product-led innovation.
