We are seeking a seasoned Staff Data Scientist to drive innovation in marketing analytics and measurement. Accountabilities:
As a Staff Data Scientist, Marketing, you will:
- Lead the design and implementation of advanced measurement methodologies to evaluate marketing channel effectiveness.
- Develop frameworks, tools, and processes that make measurement systematic and scalable across multiple marketing channels.
- Enhance existing modeling approaches to deliver insights that are robust, actionable, and aligned with business objectives.

Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
- 4+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or economics.
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in a technical discipline such as Statistics, Engineering, Analytics, Math, Computer Science, or Economics.
- Strong proficiency in Python and SQL for data analysis and modeling.
- Experience in applying data science to marketing measurement, campaign analysis, or related domains.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence cross-functional teams and leadership.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-moving business environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a track record of delivering scalable, high-impact analytical solutions.
