Senior Advanced AI Engineer (Remote - Latam)

This is a full-time Remote Senior AI Engineer position for Latin America based at a partner company. The role involves designing, developing, and deploying AI systems for retrieval, multi-agent, and evaluation pipelines. The position focuses on scaling, reliability, and security of AI solutions, requiring collaboration with Product and Engineering teams and a commitment to best practices. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 6+ years of experience in Python software engineering
• 4+ years of experience designing and implementing scalable microservices
• 3+ years of deployment experience with orchestration, observability, and cloud environments
• Hands-on experience with LLM frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, Hugging Face, OpenAI APIs)
• Proficiency with RAG and multi-agent systems
• Strong understanding of AI system reliability, observability, performance optimization, and security
• Proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and message queues
• Advanced English level
