This role offers a unique opportunity to manage and optimize Salesforce and integration environments through robust DevSecOps practices. You will ensure smooth, secure, and reliable deployments across multiple environments while implementing automation and CI/CD best practices. The position allows you to collaborate closely with developers, administrators, and stakeholders to maintain alignment between business objectives and technical execution. Accountabilities:
- Support and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce and associated integration environments.
- Manage version control systems, ensuring consistent branching, merging, and release strategies.
- Automate deployment processes to streamline delivery and minimize manual errors.
- Implement foundational security measures to safeguard environments and data integrity.
- Monitor system health across development, staging, and production environments to ensure consistent performance.
- Collaborate with developers, administrators, and business stakeholders to align deployment processes with organizational goals.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to deployment, integration, and environment stability.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in DevOps, release engineering, or similar roles.
- Proficiency with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce deployment tools, including Salesforce DX, Metadata API, and Change Sets.
- Strong understanding of version control systems, preferably Git.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools and basic security practices.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Desired: experience with integration platforms (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi), cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP), automated testing frameworks for Salesforce, or relevant certifications.
